Directions: Mix 5 scoops (1 serving) with 16 oz. of cold water or 2% milk in a blender for 30 seconds and drink every last drop. For accelerated weight–gain results: Drink 1 serving of Mass Impact everyday between meals. On days when you're working out, drink your serving immediately after your workout.
